What is Greenwood Stakes?

Greenwood Stakes attracts a diverse crowd, from gastronomers, fashion enthusiasts to racing aficionados, all converging at Woodbine Racetrack to witness thrilling equestrian feats. Beyond the racetrack excitement, Greenwood Stakes stands out as a culinary delight, featuring an array of delectable offerings from local food artisans and celebrated chefs.

Why Participate

Unlike other events, Greenwood Stakes does not use a token system. Feaster will provide exhibitors with a POS terminal, which Feaster will batch and close out the night of The Cup and provide vendors with a copy. Exhibitors will be paid out 75% of gross sales (sales +tips), less a 3% processing fee. Exhibitors will be payed within four (4) weeks of the event.

How Does it Work?

Each 10’x10’ booth provides a canvas for your culinary artistry. Guests are able to purchase food using debit/credit cards. Each food exhibitor will be given a POS system to accept the attendees payments. Food exhibitors are able to choose the pricing of their food items. Participation in Greenwood Stakes offers exposure to a large, food-centric audience while offering time to connect with patrons at a booth.

What Does it Cost?

While alcohol booths do cost several hundred dollars, prepared/hot food booths cost $0. If a food exhibitor is for a retail item (i.e. a brand of potato chips, beef jerky, etc.), there will be a small cost for its booth.
