What is Rosé Disco?

Rosé Disco stands as a premium, culinary escape—a mid-summer picnic that celebrates the art of rosé and it’s culinary pairings. The experience is immersive for all attendees, with bites perfectly paired with rosé pours. Rosé Disco is an immersive gastronomic experience, with the event decorated fully pink, alongside white picket fences all 6000+ attendees in pink and white.

Why Participate?

A picnic isn’t complete without nibbles! Rosé Disco is one-day picnic experience full of food, music, pink and fun. The demographic of this event are eager to discover new local food finds while learning about each vendor’s products and offerings.

How It Works?

Each 10’x10’ booth provides a canvas for your culinary artistry. Guests are able to purchase food using debit/credit cards. Each food exhibitor will be given Moneris terminals to accepts the attendees payments. For each $1 that a food exhibitor receives, $0.25 is retained by Feaster, while the lion’s share, $0.75 is remitted back to the food exhibitor*. Food exhibitors are able to choose the pricing of their food items. Participation in Rosé Disco offers exposure to a large, food-centric audience while offering time to connect with patrons at a booth.

What It Costs?

While alcohol booths do cost several hundred dollars, prepared/hot food booths cost $0. If a food exhibitor is for a retail item (i.e. a brand of potato chips, beef jerky, etc.), there will be a small cost for its booth.

Serving Size

All food offerings are priced between $8 - $22 per item.

STAFFING PACKAGES

Feaster has arranged for the “Rosé Disco Staffing Package” to be available to exhibiting companies.  All staff will be fully trained and certified with valid SIR. 

Bartenders will perform the following duties:

  1. Memorise the selling points the brand wants to be conveyed to the attendees

  2. Pour, mix and tend the booth to offer drinks to the attendees

  3. Help setup and tear down the booth

  4. Arrive with bartending apparatus such as mixers, spouts, shakers, etc.
